Great Lakes Investments & Development Group, LLC was formed in 2006 by Quentin Mallory Sr. & Clarence Archibald III, through a joint venture of On-Que Management & CMBLT, LLC. In 2009 Great Lakes IDG, LLC added two exceptional partners: H. Bernard Leonard and Salvatore Provenzano to help grow Government business accounts.
Our mission is to help investors make a modest return on investment (~20%) while helping individuals & families by providing Quality Housing at Affordable Prices for home ownership and rental.
Our Vision is the implement the Great Lakes IDG, LLC business model throughout the US.
Our Process is as follows:
1) We find investment RENTAL properties for our investors
(We are not advocating flipping at this time in this market)
2) We show our investor how to finance their deal
3) We facilitate all repairs/rehab of the property
4) We manage the property for our investor
5) We work with tenants to prepare them for home ownership
